  • arXiv.org (Cornell University Library) an open access database provided by Cornell University Library which offers more than 437,138 articles which topics includes Artificial Intelligence, Cluster Computing, Symbolic Computation, Programming Languages, etc.

  • CiteSeer is a scientific literature digital library and search engine that focuses primarily on the literature in computer and information science. CiteSeer indexes the full-text of the entire articles and citations. Full boolean, phrase and proximity search is supported.

  • CogPrints is an electronic archive of papers in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Vision, Learning, Speech, and Neural Networks. It also offers archived papers in Psychology, Linguistics, Biology, Medicine, and Anthropology

  • DOE Information Bridge provided by the US Department of Energy, this database provides free access on full-text articles, documents, and bibliographic citations published by the Department of Energy.

  • ETRI Journal a bi-monthly journal which provides articles on Information and Telecommunication. Specific topics would include Mobile Telecommunications, Micro-Electronics, Network and Broadcast Technology, and IT Management & Security.

  • Findarticles is a vast archive of published articles that you can search for free. Constantly updated, it contains articles dating back to 1998 from more than 300 magazines and journals.

  • PubMed Central is maintained by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, PubMed Central is a free digital archive of over 104 journal literatures on Biomedical & Life Sciences.
